Everything stays in the EU — AWS Frankfurt + Stockholm, Cloudflare EU edge, LLM inference on EU-hosted instances. Your footage is never used to train public models. Each customer's Vee is tuned only on that customer's work. Full detail on the Security & Trust page.
Every plan includes 2 revision rounds per video. Drop timecoded comments on the review link — your editor turns them around in the next 8-hour cycle. Extra revisions are available on Core and Pro if you need them.
On Pro and Max — yes. You get a named, dedicated editor who knows your brand and style. Direct Slack channel, quick syncs when needed. On Core, we rotate between a pool of experienced editors to keep delivery fast.
You do. Always. Every file — raw footage, rough cuts, final exports, brand kit, voice training data — is yours. Exportable at any time, no lock-in. If you ever leave, you walk out with everything in a zip.
Yes. Pause for up to 4 weeks per year at no cost. Your brand kit, voice training and editor assignments stay warm. Unused included videos carry over to the following month (up to a 2-month cap).
