Cookies & tracking.
The short version. The Vedio marketing site at vedio.dk does not currently set any cookies, run analytics or load advertising pixels. The Vedio platform itself (app.vedio.dk) uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication. If we add analytics or marketing tools to this marketing site, we will surface a proper consent banner before activation and update this page.
1 · What cookies are
Cookies are small data files that a website stores on your device to remember things about your visit — login state, language preferences, dismissed notices. They can be set directly by the site you are visiting (first-party) or by third-party services embedded on it (third-party).
2 · What we set on vedio.dk
- No first-party cookies.
- No tracking cookies.
- No advertising cookies.
- No fingerprinting.
- No localStorage values.
3 · Third-party services that may set cookies if you interact with them
- Calendly — when you open the demo-booking widget, Calendly sets its own cookies to operate the booking flow. See Calendly's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — fonts are served from
fonts.gstatic.com. No cookies are set, but the font files come from Google's CDN, which means Google sees your IP address. We are evaluating self-hosting alternatives. - YouTube / Vimeo — only when an embedded video is loaded, which currently does not happen on this marketing site.
4 · Inside the Vedio platform (app.vedio.dk)
The application uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies for authentication, session continuity and CSRF protection. These are not set on the marketing site you are reading now. They are required for the Service to function and cannot be opted out of without ending the Service. They are described inside the application.
5 · Email tracking
If we send you a newsletter or product update by email, the email may contain standard tracking pixels that record open and click events to help us improve our communication. You can disable image loading in your email client to suppress them, and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in every message. Service emails (billing, security, deliveries) do not carry marketing pixels.
6 · Cookie lifetime
Cookies fall into two categories by lifetime: session cookies, which expire when you close your browser, and persistent cookies, which remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. The platform's authentication cookies are session-bound; the marketing site sets nothing of either type.
7 · How to manage cookies
You can clear localStorage and cookies at any time through your browser's privacy or developer tools. In most browsers: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → "Cookies and other site data." Industry opt-out tools such as YourOnlineChoices let you opt out of behavioural advertising broadly across the web.
Note: blocking strictly necessary cookies inside the Vedio platform will prevent you from logging in.
8 · Changes to this policy
If we add anything that sets a non-essential cookie, we will update this page and surface a fresh consent prompt before activation. The latest version is always at this URL with the updated date.
